About

She was born in Trabzon in 1976. She graduated from the Elementary Education Bachelor’s Program at Marmara University in 1997. Following her graduation, she worked as an elementary school teacher in Istanbul and Antalya.

In 2006, she completed the Creative Drama Instructor/Leadership program with her project titled “Chess Education at the Beginner Level Using the Creative Drama Method.” That same year, she began working as a creative drama instructor at the Antalya Branch of the Contemporary Drama Association.

In 2013, she completed her master’s degree at the Department of Elementary Education, Institute of Educational Sciences, Akdeniz University, with a thesis titled “The Effects of a Rhythm-Based Music Education Program on Students’ Flow Experiences and Attitudes Toward Music Lessons.”

She has conducted various creative drama workshops and seminars for both children and adults. She has served as a creative drama instructor in various projects. She wrote the “Checkmate” column for the TÜBİTAK Science for Children Magazine for two and a half years. She is also the author of the book *You Have a Letter from the Red Sphere: An Experimental Process-Oriented Drama*.

Since 2014, she has served as the Antalya Representative of the Contemporary Drama Association and as a classroom teacher and creative drama instructor at Antalya Hakkı Tatoğlu Elementary School.
