In this dance workshop, we explore through dance and movement in all their diversity how perspective can shift and transform. The focus lies on the body, perception, attention, and the conscious experience of space and relationship.
Through structured movement material and improvisation, fluid and dynamic sequences emerge between seeing, sensing, and moving. We follow traces, explore our roots, and ask: What memories does the body carry? Where do we come from—and how does this reveal itself in movement? What happens when movement carries meaning, when bodies take on shapes and perspectives begin to shift?
A space for new ways of seeing the body, space, and one another.
